Ella Fasciano - created a template to collect first-person accounts of history to be included in history classes

Jeel Patel - educated the community on scoliosis and how to identify it.

Rebecca Patuto - LGBTQ+ Education and Awareness Project. Rebecca ran 2 panels where they had preplanned talking points as well as an open floor questions period to help educate about the LGBTQ+ community. She also organized and ran a Pride Picnic to honor the victims of the Pulse Orlando shootings in Florida

Stephanie Faust - created sensory blankets for autistic children for the Hunterdon Medical Center.

May Kelman (Troop 80192) - May created an all abilities sensory garden on the grounds of Riding with Heart (RWH).
Silver Award
2019
Troop 81140 - Decorated the patient waiting area at Hunterdon Cancer center. They took photos of local beautiful spots and hung them, they ran a tea donation drive for patients and families waiting. The troop also sewed port pillows and compiled comfort bags for the patients.

Troop 80875 - They had three different Silver Award Projects - Story Time - built 7 story time programs to bring more children into the smaller libraries in Hunterdon County.

Troop 80856 - Sew Caring - Sewed wheelchair blankets for HDC and created/sewed Cuddle Pals for children in hospitals.

Bronze Award
2016
Troop 81140 - We revitalized the courtyard at Round Valley School. We repainted benches, cleaned up weeds, planted flowers, added birdhouses and a collection of painted rocks reflecting the school’s core values.

Troop 80258 - Organized, setup and ran the 2017 World Thinking Day event for SU81 for over 200 attendees
Troop 80790 - Learned about alpacas and shared this information with their school then sewed pillows and sleep sacks from their fibers for the Woodlands Wildlife Refuge
Troop 80875 - Learned about hospice and created board to educate community. Sewed adult sized bibs, created picture/photo books, made hundreds of cards, and donated many necessary items. Also put together “smile bags” to go with the volunteers when doing the home visits.

Troop 80081 - collected and raised money to buy needed supplies for Veterans Haven North
Troop 80193 - worked on educating kids about juvenile diabetes by creating an information quilt that we hung in our school.
We also collected items to create comfort kits for kids admitted to the Goryeb children's hospital with a diagnoses of Juvenile Diabetes.

Troop 80584 - Ran a book drive to collect 2,015 books to donate to Bridge of Books for underserved children in Holmdel, NJ
Troop 80307 - Did a project with the the Oncology Ward of Hunterdon Medical Center.
Troop 80737 -
Troop 80856 - Planned and ran a Girl Scout Centennial celebration for the local area and created a Girl Scout corner in
Bundt Park with a commemorative plaque, shade tree and benches
Troop 80875 - Helped animals in our area - collected donations, made cat toys, and educated community about homeless dogs and cats in our area.
Troop 81256 - Helped animals find foster or long term homes to avoid kill shelters.
